We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days nationwide, starting from the day your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other unexpected events.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day easy return period, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Where a return is approved, we may arrange collection through a courier.

- Returns for items valued at more than R500: courier collection is free.

- Returns for items valued at less than R500: a R95 courier collection fee applies.
